Sarah and the CVCA girls competed at the Frank Gibas Invitational at Kenston over the weekend.  The girls placed 4th on the day in a field that included some of the best teams in the region.  Sarah led the way for the Royals with a time of 19:39.7. That time was good enough for an 11th place finish overall.
