The boys lacrosse team hosted Olmsted Falls on Wednesday night. While the night cooled off, there was no snow to battle this time for the Royals. CVCA fell behind early after a fast start by the Bulldogs. Olmsted Falls led 5-1 after the first quarter. The Royals responded by going on a 15-2 run over the span of the next 3 quarters on their way to a convincing 16-7 win. The boys have now won 3 straight and are 4-1 on the season.
Ryan O'Connor and
Kade Kalinowski each scored 4 goals for CVCA.
Mitch Gilley added 3 goals and 4 assists.
John O'Connor had 2 goals and
Noah DeSousa scored twice and earned 2 assists. Closing out the scoring was
Jack Atwood who scored once, assisted 3 times, and grabbed 16 groundballs.
The boys will be back in action on Friday night when they host Padua at 7pm.
