The 2017 season was one to remember for the CVCA girls soccer program. The program won its 3rd District Title and 2nd in 4 years this fall. In addition to the District title, the team finished the regular season as conference champions. The Royals were the first girls soccer champion to be crowned in the Principals' Athletic Conference after a perfect 8-0 record in conference play. CVCA's season came to an end on Tuesday night as the Royals fell to Lake Catholic 2-0 in the Regional Semi-final. The girls played hard but came up just short. Kaitlyn Judge and Abby Hutt, the lone seniors, will be missed dearly. This season's experience will surely benefit the large group of returning players in 2018.
