CVCA was represented by one female runner and one male runner at the 2018 OHSAA State Championship. Isabella Payne and Drennan Akins both competed at Division II for the Royals. Isabella finished in 31st overall with a time of 19:57. Drennan placed 89th with his time of 17:46.5. Both Payne and Akins will look to return to the State Championship in 2019 and will hope to bring more Royals with them.
