In the first ever boys lacrosse game between CVCA and Avon Lake, the Royals earned a 9-5 win over the Shoreman. The Royals used big 2nd and 3rd quarters to pull away from Avon Lake in this game. CVCA led 8-2 with 10 minutes remaining before Avon Lake added 3 late goals. It was an all around solid performance for the Royals. Both the offense and defense played well as teh team moved to 2-1 on the season. They will travel to Lake on Monday night after having this game rescheduled twice already.
