The CVCA boys soccer team faced St. Vincent-St. Mary in the District Final on Saturday morning. The Royals and Irish met at Streetsboro High School for the title on the line. The Royals were in control of the game but were unable to find a goal early. A scoreless first half bleed into the 2nd half. CVCA was able to break the tie with a late goal by Carson Reske. The Royals held on for the 1-0 win and claimed the District Championship. They now shift their attention to the Regional Semi-final on Wednesday night. CVCA will face Bay at 6pm at Strongsville High School.
