The CVCA girls basketball team hosted Canton McKinley on Wednesday night. The Royals and Bulldogs battle hard in an intense early season matchup. After missing shots early in the game, CVCA turned it around and grabbed a 27-24 lead at the half. They extended the lead to 48-39 in the third quarter and held on to win 55-48. The girls are now 2-0 on the season.
