The CVCA boys lacrosse team traveled down to Louisville on Tuesday night. The Royals and Leopards squared off despite the cold and snow (yes, snow). CVCA put together a strong first half and led 8-5 at the break. Louisville responded in the third quarter and CVCA's led was just 1 goal entering the final quarter. The Royals regrouped and controlled the game late to secure a 14-12 road win. Senior Brant Simmons led the way with 8 goals which is a new school record for goals in a game. CVCA is set to host St. John's on Saturday.
