The CVCA volleyball team hosted Coventry on Thursday night in OHSAA Tournament action. The Royals and Comets met in a Sectional Final at the Division II level. These teams met early in the season, a match CVCA won 3-0. Thursday's match ended with the same score. After a slow start, the Royals settled in on their way to victory. With the win, the girls advance to the District Semifinal next week. They will face Copley on October 25th. That match is scheduled for 6:00pm at Tallmadge High School. CVCA is now 20-3 on the season.
