The CVCA girls basketball team hosted St. Joseph on Saturday in non-conference action. It was the final regular season game for the Royals and their offense was once again firing on all cylinders. Six first quarter threes put CVCA in front by nine. They continued to out pace the Jaguars on their way to a 62-40 win. With 15 points,
Gia Casalinova moved into first place on the school's all-time scoring list. She now has 1663 career points, the most by any Royal ever. The girls finish the regular season 19-3. They will host Bedford on Wednesday night at 7pm in the opening round of the OHSAA tournament.
