The CVCA boys lacrosse team hosted Archbishop Hoban on Tuesday night. It was Senior Night for the Royals and the game didn't disappoint. CVCA jumped ahead with 4 first quarter goals and led 4-1 after one. Hoban controlled the 2nd and 3rd quarter and led 6-4 entering the 4th. An early 4th quarter goal by Hoban left CVCA trailing 7-4 but the Royals were done. They scored three times to tie the game and with 8 seconds left, Tyler Young found the back of the net for the game winning goal. It was an exciting 8-7 win for the Royals as they have just one regular season game remaining. The boys will host Rocky River on Thursday night.
