The CVCA girls soccer team hosted Gilmour Academy on Tuesday night. The Royals were looking to knock off the unbeaten Lancers on this night. CVCA scored in the game's first minute to grab an early lead. Gilmour was able to respond with two goals in the first half and led at the break. The visitors added two more goals in the second half. The CVCA offense couldn't break through and the Royals fell by a score of 4-1. They have a quick turnaround as they head to Tuslaw on Wednesday night.
