The CVCA volleyball team hosted Elyria Catholic on Thursday night and it was a battle until the end. The Royals and Panthers went back and forth throughout five close sets. Even the deciding set went extra as CVCA came out on top 18-16. The Royals won the match 3-2 to improve to 10-9 on the season. The girls will host VASJ on Monday night.
