The CVCA girls basketball team traveled to Elyria Catholic on Friday night for the first game of the 2024-25 season. The Royals fell behind in the first half and trailed by 6 at the break. They tried to fight back in the 2nd half but couldn't get over the top. CVCA fell by a score of 42-38. They will be back in action on Wednesday night at home against McKinley.
