The CVCA girls basketball team hosted Canton South on Wednesday night with the chance to clinch at least a share of the 2023-2024 Principals' Athletic Conference Championship. The Royals had to battle a tough Canton South team, but were able to finish strong for a 40-30 victory. The girls are now 16-2 on the season and 12-1 in conference play with just one game remaining. The team will claim the conference title outright with a win at Tuslaw on February 7th. Next up for CVCA is road game at St. Joseph on Saturday.
