The CVCA girls basketball team opened OHSAA Tournament play on Wednesday night. The Royals hosted Hawken in an opening round game at the Division II level. The girls jumped ahead early and coasted to a 39 point victory. With the win, the Royals improved to 19-4 on the season and advance in the tournament. They will host Northwest on Saturday at 1pm in the Sectional Final.
