The CVCA girls basketball team traveled to Saint Joseph Academy on Saturday to face a tough Jaguars squad. The Royals used a big finish to the 2nd quarter to build an 11 point lead. Saint Joseph tried to battle back, but the Royals never gave up the lead. CVCA made big free throws down the stretch to secure a 49-42 road victory. The girls are now hold an impressive 17-2 record this season. They will travel to Tuslaw on Wednesday night. If CVCA wins on Wednesday night, they will be outright PAC-7 Champions. If Tuslaw wins, they will share the title with CVCA.
