The CVCA volleyball team hosted Lake Catholic on Thursday night. The Cougars entered the game as the top ranked team in Division 5. The Royals came ready to play and won the first two sets. Lake Catholic answered with wins in the next two sets to force a deciding fifth set. It was a tight battle until the end, but Lake Catholic was able to pick up the 3-2 win over CVCA. The Royals will host Revere on Saturday.
