The CVCA volleyball team hosted Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin on Thursday night. The Royals and Lions battled hard in this North Coast Conference contest. CVCA was able to win the first set after a slow start. Set 2 was another battle to the end and NDCL came out on top. The Royals fell behind in set three and couldn't fight all the way back. NDCL ended the night with a 4th set victory. The highlight of the evening for CVCA was senior Hallie Hendrickx recording her 1000th career dig. The girls will be back in action on Saturday against Woodridge.
