Senior Ryan Wiehe was named Honorable Mention All-Ohio by the Ohio High School Baseball Coaches Association. He earned this Division III honor as a catcher. Ryan finished off an outstanding career for CVCA with an impressive senior season. He batted .387 with 12 doubles, 3 home runs, 30 rbi, and 18 runs scored. Wiehe is now the program's career leader in doubles with 32. He was also the anchor for the team behind the plate as he helped guide the Royals to a NCC championship, District championship, and Regional runner-up finish this season. Ryan was also named NCC Player of the Year in 2025. The Royals went 22-9 this season and 87-27 over the last 4 seasons with 3 conference titles and 2 district titles.
