The CVCA volleyball team made the short trip to Akron on Saturday morning to face the Fighting Irish of St. Vincent-St. Mary. The Royals were able to defeat the Irish in straight sets for their second 3-0 win in a row. The girls are now 5-9 on the season. CVCA will travel to Lake Catholic on Thursday for a tough conference match.
