The CVCA boys soccer team hosted Holy Name on Tuesday night. It was conference game for the Royals as they looked to defeat the visiting Green Wave. The Royals struck first with a goal just 10 seconds into the game. They would extend their lead to 2-0 later in the first half. In the 2nd half, the Royals once again scored early. They increased their lead to 3-0 just over 30 seconds after halftime. Despite creating chances, the CVCA offense would not score again. They secured the 3-0 victory to improve their record to 3-2 (1-1). Next up for the Royals is road test at Hoban on Thursday night.
