The CVCA girls soccer team traveled to Holy Name on Thursday to face the Green Wave. The Royals fell behind early as Holy Name scored within the first minute of play. From that point, CVCA controlled the ball but were unable to score in the first half. That changed quickly in the second half. The Royals offense found their stride and score four times in the game's final 40 minutes. They secured the 4-1 win to improved to 3-1-2 on the season and 2-0 in conference play. The girls will travel to Streetsboro on Saturday.
