The CVCA girls basketball team hosted Holy Name on Wednesday night. The Green Wave entered the game as the top team in the North Coast Conference. The Royals were looking for the upset and kept the score tied through the first quarter. Holy Name was able to open up a lead in the 2nd quarter of play and hold on for the win. CVCA falls to 4-11 (4-5) on the season. They will be back in action on Saturday when they travel to Padua.
