The CVCA cross country teams competed at the North Coast Conference Championships on Saturday. The races were held at Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin on this chilly Saturday morning. The cold didn't bother the Royals as they came away with a clean sweep on the day. The boys team won the 2026 NCC Title with just 22 team points. Andrew Clark led the way as individual champion in the boys race. Zac Andamasaris (2nd) and Isaac Solomon (3rd) were right on his heels. The girls team also scored 22 team points to secure the 2026 NCC title. Logan Romanini repeated as individual champion to lead the girls. CVCA dominated the race with all seven girls finishing within the top nine spots. Both teams have now won the North Coast Conference in all 3 years of the conference's existence. This is the 26th consecutive conference championship for the girls team and the 6th straight for the boys. The Royals now shift their focus to the OHSAA District Tournament on Saturday.
