Recently, the Ohio High School Association finalized their divisional assignments for the 2027 spring seasons. CVCA will participate in eight OHSAA sanctioned sports this spring, with the addition of flag football in 2026. Divisional assignments for Tennis and Lacrosse remain the same as in 2026 as this is the second year of a two-year enrollment based cycle. Divisional assignments for Baseball and Softball were updated using the OHSAA's competitive balance formula, but CVCA will have no change in division for those sports. The only change for the year is Girls Track & Field. Based on updated enrollment numbers, the girls will compete in Division II this spring. The boys team remains in Division III.
