The CVCA boys lacrosse team open the 2026 season at home on Monday night. The Royals hosted Canton Central Catholic in non-conference play. It was a snowy night in Royals Stadium and the turf was covered in white. That didn't slow down the CVCA attack as they exploded for 9 goals in the first quarter. From there, the boys cruised to a 17-4 victory to move to 1-0 on the year. The team will return to action on Thursday night at Wadsworth.
