Lydia and the Royals had an impressive week winning a tri-meet over Northwest and Hathaway Brown on Monday and finished 6th overall at the Poland Invitational on Saturday. On Monday, Lydia was a winner in the 4x800 relay, the 400, and had a 59.7 split in the 4x400 relay. She followed up that performance with another strong day at the Poland Invite. She was on the 1st place 4x400 relay team and the 2nd place 4x800 relay. She also qualified for the finals in the 400.
