Akron, OH - The Royals opened up league play on the road in Manchester. The Royals (0-1) opened up the game with an early 6 point lead and held the Panthers to 7 points in the second quarter. The Royals built on that lead to take a 28 point lead into the fourth. Final score: CVCA 68- Manchester -43. Nate Peters led the Royals with 14 points.
