CVCA hosted Triway in boys basketball on Friday night. The Royals came in to the game 3-0 in the conference and were looking to remain in 1st place with a win. The Royals started fast and led 14-5 after the first quarter. CVCA's defense smothered the Titans and made things very difficult for their ball handlers. The rest of the game would be more of the same. The Royals' excellent defense led to fast break chances and good possessions on offense. Triway was held to %21 shooting on the night, while CVCA shot %50. The boys would win by a score of 50-22 to remain undefeated in the conference.
