Cuyahoga Falls, OH - The boys basketball team hosted Fairless in a battle of Principals' Athletic Conference opponents. Both teams played hard and the game was contested late into the fourth quarter. Despite having double-digit leads at various times, the host Royals were never able to put Fairless away. The Falcons continued to battle back and stay in the game. CVCA was able to hold on for a 55-50 win.

CVCA was led by Nate Peter's 17 points. Junior Ryan Foguth added 16 including some big free throws late in the game. Senior Jake Stull scored 8 points, pulled down 6 rebounds, and recorded 3 assists. Fairless was led by Simmons with 19 points.

The boys will traveld to Cornerstone Christian Academy on Saturday night. The JV game tips at 6pm with the Varsity following.
