CVCA hosted Fairless in a PAC-7 match-up Friday night. The Royals entered the game without a  loss in the conference, while the Falcons were looking for their first conference win. CVCA's defense shut down the Falcons in the first half allowing just 9 points. The Royals led 25-9 at the break. Fairless clawed back in the second half as they took advantage of some sloppy play by the Royals. Despite being outscored in the second half, CVCA made enough plays to hold on for a 45-35 victory. CVCA has now won 4 straight games and is 6-0 in conference play.
