The CVCA boys basketball team traveled to Tuslaw on Friday night with the goal of finishing the season undefeated in conference play. The Mustangs stood in the Royals way as they pursued a 14-0 PAC-7 record. The boys fell behind early and trailed by 4 at the end of the first quarter. CVCA responded by outscoring Tuslaw 36-16 in the 2nd and 3rd quarters combined. They finished strong to win 53-36 and secure the perfect conference record. The Junior Varsity and Freshman teams also went undefeated in the PAC this season, and the three teams finished a combined 43-0. The Royals will host John Hay on Wednesday, February 22nd in their final regular season game.
