CVCA and Hoban squared off in boys soccer on Saturday night. The teams kicked off at 5pm at Hoban's Dowed Field in Akron. The Royals scored first with a goal from Josh Lichty (assisted by Josh Flenniken). Late in the first half, Hoban tied the score with a goal of their own. The halftime score of 1-1 would remain throughout the 2nd half. The game ended in a tie. The next game for CVCA will be Thursday, August 31st at Orange High School.
