The CVCA hockey team picked up an important league win on Friday night over the Aurora Greenmen. CVCA saw their 4-1 lead erased by Aurora and the game looked headed for a tie. Gabe Dearden found the back of the net with just second remaining to give the Royals a 5-4 win. The win was secured by outstanding offensive forechecking. The team is now 5-3 on the season and a perfect 4-0 in league play. They will host Twinsburg on Sunday at 4:40pm at Kent State.
