The CVCA boys basketball team opened their season with a road win on Friday night. The Royals traveled to Kenmore-Garfield and rode a big second half to a 58-35 win. After trailing 26-23 at the half, CVCA allowed just 9 second half points. Brett Carroscia led all scorers with 28 points. CVCA will travel to Streetsboro on Tuesday night.
