The CVCA boys basketball team hosted Nordonia on Tuesday night for a non-conference tuneup before the postseason. The Royals and Knights were locked in a battle for 4 quarters with both teams giving it their all. The game was tied at 39 at the end of the 3rd quarter. Nordonia would outscore CVCA 10-4 in the final frame to pick up a 49-43 win. The Royals left it all on the floor but came up just short. They will travel to Northwest on Friday night for the final conference game of the season.
