The CVCA girls lacrosse team hosted Kent Roosevelt on Thursday night. Both teams were thankful the snow melted off the field in time for the game. It may have been cold, but both offenses heated up in this one. The Royals were earned a big 11-10 win to move to 2-1 on the season. Roni Watkins led the way with 5 goals for CVCA. The team also had strong keeper play trough to keep the game close. The girls will be off until April 4th when they host Conneaut.
