The CVCA hockey team hosted WRA on Wednesday night. It was Senior Night for the Royals as they honored Christian Beckett, Zach Miller, Gabe Hernandez, and their families. It was a good matchup between the Royals and Pioneers. Both teams started slow on offense with just 1 goal a piece in the first period. CVCA was able to grab a 3-1 lead but WRA answered with 4 straight goals. CVCA was able to add 1 late but couldn't find the tying goal. WRA won the game by a score of 5-4. The Royals are now 18-7 and will close out the regular season on Saturday against Mayfield.
