Christian Beckett, senior student-athlete at Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy, committed today to continue his academic and hockey careers at Dallas Baptist University (ACHA Division II ) in Dallas, Texas. During his 4 seasons with the Royals, Christian helped guide the team to its first two Baron Cup III Championships (2017 & 2019). He finished his career with 187 goals, 90 assists, and 277 points. He was a participant in the 2019 Senior State All-Star game and was named All-GCHSHL each of the last three seasons. Christian is joined in the photo by his parents Jonathan & Kelly, sister Bella, and CVCA coaches Mark Brower (L) and Doug Fairchild (R). The Becketts live in Akron.
