For the second time in as many weeks, the CVCA girls basketball team found a replacement game for a cancellation. This time, the Royals added games with Archbishop Hoban on Saturday. The Royals came out ready to play as they knew their opponent would be tough. An impressive first half gave CVCA a 15 point advantage at the break. The defense was flying around and the girls were making shots from all over the court. Hoban answered with better play in the 2nd half, but CVCA did a good job of protecting the ball. The Royals won the game by a score of 73-67. They are scheduled to host Buchtel Wednesday night.
