The CVCA girls basketball team hosted Beaumont on Tuesday night. It was the home opener for the Royals who were looking to secure their first win of the season. CVCA started fast and led by 9 at the half. The Blue Streaks answered down the stretch and forced overtime. Hustle plays left and right by the Royals secured a 64-60 win.
