The CVCA hockey team faced off against Canfield on Sunday. The Royals were looking to finish out the season strong with just a handful of games remaining. This game was evenly matched throughout. CVCA trailed 1-0 after the first and second periods. They scored twice in the third to grab a lead but a late goal by Canfield forced overtime. Neither team found the net in the extra frame, and the game ended in a 2-2 tie. CVCA will face WRA on Wednesday and Saturday this week.
