CVCA hosted Fairless in boys basketball on Friday night. The Royals and Falcons went toe to toe throughout the game. The outcome was in question until the final seconds. CVCA scored the game's final 6 points to earn a 42-40 home win. The Royals improve to 1-1 on the season. They are now 1-0 in conference play as they turn their attention to Nordonia on Tuesday night.
