The CVCA boys basketball team hosted Akron East on Saturday night in non-conference action. The Royals started fast and jumped out to a 29-15 lead after the first two quarters. East made a few a runs in the 2nd half, but CVCA was able to maintain their lead. They won the game 60-41 to move to 11-6 on the season. Next up is an important PAC-7 road game at Manchester on Friday night.
