The CVCA hockey team traveled to Canfield on Saturday. The Royals and Cardinals were supposed to face off on January 23rd but inclement weather postponed that game. CVCA was scheduled to host Orange on Saturday, but the need to complete the GCHSHL game with Canfield took precedent. It was a tight, low scoring game on Saturday. When the final horn sounded, the Royals fell by a score of 2-1. They will look to bounce back Sunday against Mayfield. That game will be Senior Night.
