The CVCA hockey team returned to action with two games in the Karynn Barlow Memorial Tournament on Saturday. They faced off against Whitmer bright and early in the morning at Kent State. The Royals skated hard but dropped this game by a score of 3-2. CVCA returned at night to face Bishop Watterson with a spot in the final on the line for the Royals. The team responded well and knocked of the Eagles by a score of 6-3. The teams secured a spot in Sunday's championship game where they will rematch with Bishop Watterson. The game is scheduled to start at 12:20pm at Kent State.
