The CVCA boys basketball team hosted Triway on Tuesday night. The Royals entered the game with a 1 game lead on the Titans in the PAC-7 standings. The first half was a battle as many anticipated. CVCA would move in front and Triway would fight right back. The Royals led by 9 at the break. CVCA extended their lead to 11 at the end of the third quarter and pulled away a bit in the 4th. They would come away with a 72-52 win to secure a two game lead atop the conference standings. The boys will travel to Canton South on Friday night.
