The CVCA hockey team opened the 2023-2024 season on the road at Strongsville on Friday night. The Royals started fast and led 5-0 after the first period of play with 4 different players scoring goals. They went on to win 8-2 over the Mustangs to move to 1-0 on the season. They will return to action on Sunday against Stow-Munroe Falls
