The CVCA hockey team traveled to Kent State on Sunday evening to face the Bulldogs of Stow-Munroe Falls. Neither team scored in the first period of play, but the Royals took control in the 2nd period. CVCA scored 6 goals in the second frame. They added 4 more goals in the third period for a big 10-0 win. The Royals are now 2-0 on the season and have certainly made a statement. The team will compete this week at Normandy's Bruce Anderson Memorial Tournament in Parma.
